SCOTUS Shocker: Obamacare upheld
Once again, the United States Supreme Court has shown the American people never to jump to conclusions.
The conventional wisdom was that the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, would be struck down partially or completely. At the very least, the individual mandate requiring Americans to purchase health care would be deemed unconstitutional. Instead, the Supreme Court upheld the law entirely.
