While President Obama was watching the Super Bowl
On Super Bowl Sunday, Barack Obama took the day off. Nobody should fault him for this.
The problem with Obama is that Monday was not a day off. He had responsibilities, and he neglected them for an entire year, as he has the year before that and the year before that. The first Monday in February required him to submit his budget to Congress. He decided not to do it.
