Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Rams — The Raiders play the same game every week. The offense scores one early touchdown, relies on field goals the rest of the way, and the exhausted defense bends until it finally breaks. This week against a wounded Rams team, the Raiders did not score a touchdown the whole game. A scoreless first quarter saw Aidan O’Connell go down with a fractured thumb. He will be out several weeks. Gardner Minshew played the rest of the way, Daniel Carlson hit a 38 yard field goal early in the second quarter to make it 3-0 Raiders. A disgusted Pierce opted for the field goal. Carlson’s 5th field goal got the Raiders with 5 points with 2:46 left. The Raiders got the ball back at their own 11 with 1:39 left. One touchdown would win the game. The defense did its job. Minshew offered his 4th turnover in the form of his 3rd interception. Just lose baby. 20-15 Rams
