Julie Roginsky, Good Times, and the Atlanta cheating scandal

Atlanta is now ground zero in a school cheating scandal that showed teachers altering grades to pass failing students. 84 teachers and one principal have been indicted on felony charges. Yet as shocking as this scandal is, comments by liberal political analyst Julie Roginsky on Fox News should make eyeballs pop wide open.
