Why the Supreme Court often overrules Obama 9-0
While President Obama’s signature Affordable Care Act survived by a 5-4 Supreme Court majority, the number of SCOTUS rulings against him by 9-0 votes is staggering.
Introspection requires trying to figure out why this keeps happening. There are three possible explanations.
