Secretary of State John Kerry testified on Capitol Hill and incredulously claimed that dropping bombs on Syria did not amount to an act of war.
In several hours of testimony, Kerry showed that telling the truth and communicating honestly with the American people is about as likely as Bashar Assad sending Rosh Hashanah cards to Israel.
