On Friday, February 17th, 2012, a 29 year old man named Amine El Khalifi was arrested for planning out suicide attacks. He had the suicide vest on his possession. Yet in trying to learn about this man, the only description given was that he was “Moroccan.”
Out of sheer curiosity, some people wondered whether this fellow from Morocco belonged to any religious group.
