Obama talks tough while Iran and Syria laugh (and kill)

On the Ides of March, Assad and Armageddonijad are ramping up killing fields in Syria and Iran. The solution for President Barack Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron is to do absolutely nothing while looking busy.
